Step-by-Step Guide to apply for Tourist Visa to Nepal

To apply for a visa to Nepal, please go to Consulate of Nepal in Victoria, Australia (nepalconsulatevictoria.com.au) website and click “Visa to Nepal” Section. Please follow these instructions while filling out the application.

Click the online application Link.
Click on ‘Select Embassy/Consulate/Mission” and type in “Vic” – Tap Enter then you can see Honorary Consul of Nepal, Victoria
Ensure that your photo and passport copy photo/PDF file is less than 2MB size.
Complete the form and submit then you can see the submission ID number starting with the letter M
When you are sure the Application is correct, please deposit payment for visa into

Screenshot the payment receipt and send it to: [email protected] with your full details.

Please add your submission id and full name along with it.

Note: You do not need to come in person or no need to send the passport for visa purpose (even though it has written: Kindly bring this slip (hard copy or soft copy) to Honorary Consul of Nepal, Victoria along with passport (Original) and requisite visa fee within at the bottom of submitted tourist visa application form).

The office will issue the visa and send it via email. Please make sure to check your email in the junk or spam folder just in case.
